Level I and II Technical Service Desk

I have a client who has an immediate need for several Service Desk Professional. 

Candidate must have a minimum 2 years service experience.
Expertise with MS products
Expertise with Dell boxes
and various HP, Epson and Xerox peripherals.
Able to handle 40 calls per day.
Must posses A+ certification
Any current Microsoft certifications would be a plus.
Cisco VOIP experience would also be a plus.

Must be able to pass a 30 minute technical questionaire.
